About Vastu Consultancy & Charges

What do you get in Vastu Consultancy ?

• Visit to your place / property.
• Brief explanation of Vastu Shastra and its Elements along with its effects.
• Planning / Drawing of your property as per Vastu Shastra.
• Detailed report on each direction and elements placed in their respective positions.
• Remedies / Cures as per Feng Shui for any existing Home / Office / Factory / etc. where re-construction / physical changes are difficult to implement. 

Vastu Consultation Charges:

Vastu Planning for big commercial / residential places: Rs. 25/- (per sqft) (sqft shall be calculated as per total construction area)
Ex: - multistory buildings, industry, resort, hospital etc.)

Vastu Planning for big Land / Plot: Rs. 15000/- (per sqft) (sqft shall be calculated as per total construction area)
(Ex: - Choosing the right plot / land for construction.)

Vastu Planning for small commercial & residential projects: Rs. 10,000
(If area exceed more than 2000 sqf. charges will be differ)

Selection of place according Vastu: Rs. 5,000

Note.: For Selecting your Home / Office / Factory / others please send us the map by email (scale drawing) on a piece of paper and mention the 4 Directions i.e. NORT - EAST - WEST SOUTH on my email jigarkparekh@hotmail.com

During personal visits at your own premises for Vastu Consultancy, Following requirements have to be fulfilled before we make a visit to your place:

1. Roundtrip airfare if out side Mumbai.
2. Accommodation for the period of stay.
3. Extra charges would be Rs.5000 per day if our stay extends from one day.
(No extra charges other than the above fees for the same day of visit and returning back.)
